We have now uploaded and put online these Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for all our high-rise, six storey plus and retirement living scheme properties.
This is all part of our fire risk management programme. A £10m spend on fire safety improvements over the next few years to ensure we have the highest standards of fire safety protection across council homes in Kirklees.
By putting the FRAs online we are giving our tenants access to fire safety information for the building they live in. Currently this amounts to 48 buildings that fall within phase 1 of the fire safety works delivery group programme agenda, and are working to expand on this information to cover all buildings.
